Terms & Conditions

Polk Electric provides residential electrical services including repairs, panel upgrades, lighting installation, inspections, and troubleshooting. All work is performed by or under the supervision of a Florida State Certified Electrical Contractor, License # EC13015745.

Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of assessment. If hidden conditions, code requirements, or additional scope are discovered, we'll review the change with you and get approval before continuing.

We ask that a responsible adult provide safe access to the work area, panel, and any affected circuits at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, we may need to reschedule.

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Permit fees, inspection fees, and materials are itemized where applicable.

Our workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment and materials. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, storms, power surges, or pre-existing conditions outside the scope of our work.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services performed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
